{"id":939,"date":"2025-07-25T14:14:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-25T06:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/community.ex.io\/?p=939"},"modified":"2025-07-25T14:14:26","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T06:14:26","slug":"rwa-jargons-sto-vs-rwa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/community.ex.io\/zh\/2025\/07\/25\/rwa-jargons-sto-vs-rwa\/","title":{"rendered":"RWA \u5167\u884c\u8a71 - STO \u8207 RWA \u7684\u5340\u5225\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>STO\uff08\u8b49\u5238\u578b\u4ee3\u5e63\u767c\u884c\uff09\u548c RWA\uff08\u73fe\u5be6\u4e16\u754c\u8cc7\u7522\uff09\u5747\u6d89\u53ca\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u4e0a\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u4ee3\u5e63\u5316\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u6027\u8cea\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u4e0d\u540c\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>STO<\/strong>\uff1a\u4ee3\u8868\u8b49\u5238\u985e\u8cc7\u7522\uff08\u5982\u80a1\u7968\u3001\u50b5\u5238\uff09\uff0c\u53d7\u8b49\u5238\u6cd5\u56b4\u683c\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0c\u9700\u9075\u5b88 KYC\/AML \u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u9805\u76ee\u878d\u8cc7\u3002STO \u4ee3\u5e63\u985e\u4f3c\u50b3\u7d71\u80a1\u7968\u8b49\u66f8\uff0c\u8a18\u9304\u5728\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u4e0a\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u900f\u660e\u6027\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RWA<\/strong>\uff1a\u5305\u62ec\u975e\u8b49\u5238\u8cc7\u7522\uff08\u5982\u9ec3\u91d1\u3001\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u3001\u623f\u5730\u7522\uff09\uff0c\u76e3\u7ba1\u56e0\u8cc7\u7522\u985e\u578b\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u3001\u5be6\u73fe\u5206\u62c6\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u3002RWA \u4ee3\u5e63\u5316\u4f7f\u9ad8\u50f9\u503c\u8cc7\u7522\u66f4\u6613\u7372\u53d6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u901a\u904e\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u8cfc\u8cb7\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u4efd\u984d\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>STO \u63d0\u4f9b\u53d7\u76e3\u7ba1\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u6a5f\u69cb\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff1bRWA \u6c11\u4e3b\u5316\u8cc7\u7522\u8a2a\u554f\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u96f6\u552e\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u3002STO \u9762\u81e8\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u5408\u898f\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u800c RWA \u53ef\u80fd\u6d89\u53ca\u8cc7\u7522\u4f30\u503c\u548c\u6258\u7ba1\u6311\u6230\u3002\u64da BCG\uff0cRWA \u4ee3\u5e63\u5316\u5e02\u5834\u9810\u8a08\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u9054 16 \u842c\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u5169\u8005\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u91d1\u878d\u8207\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u7684\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u91cd\u5851\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u5834\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u514d\u8cac\u8072\u660e<\/strong>\uff1a\u6b64\u8655\u5305\u542b\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u50c5\u4f9b\u53c3\u8003\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u76ee\u7684\u3002  \u865b\u64ec\u8cc7\u7522\u50f9\u683c\u9762\u81e8\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u98a8\u96aa\u548c\u50f9\u683c\u6ce2\u52d5\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u50f9\u503c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4e0b\u964d\u6216\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u6536\u56de\u6295\u8cc7\u91d1\u984d\u3002\u60a8\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u6c7a\u5b9a\u627f\u64d4\u5168\u90e8\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u906d\u53d7\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u640d\u5931\u4e0d\u627f\u64d4\u4efb\u4f55\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u60a8\u61c9\u8a72\u53ea\u6295\u8cc7\u60a8\u719f\u6089\u4e14\u4e86\u89e3\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u60a8\u61c9\u4ed4\u7d30\u8003\u616e\u60a8\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u7d93\u9a57\u3001\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u3001\u6295\u8cc7\u76ee\u6a19\u548c\u98a8\u96aa\u627f\u53d7\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u9032\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u6295\u8cc7\u4e4b\u524d\u8aee\u8a62\u7368\u7acb\u8ca1\u52d9\u9867\u554f\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4ed6\/\u5979\u672a\u4f86\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u4e0d\u5305\u542b\u5efa\u8b70\u6216\u63a8\u85a6\u3002\u672c\u8cc7\u6599\u4e0d\u61c9\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u8ca1\u52d9\/\u6295\u8cc7\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Security Token Offerings (STOs) and Real-World Assets (RWAs) involve asset tokenization on blockchains but differ in nature and regulation.&nbsp; STOs offer regulated investment avenues, suitable for institutional investors; RWAs democratize asset access, appealing to retail investors.
