Responsibilities:
- Custody and maintain the required digital assets liquidity across the exchange
- Monitor and operate the Operations Console and various systems or platforms.
- Implement policies regarding regulatory requirements to effectively manage the key risks
- Conduct reconciliation client deposits & withdrawal instructions, other settlement duties
- Perform other duties and project responsibilities as assigned.
- Understand and comply with the company’s risk management and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Follow proper protocols, procedures, notifications, and communication guidelines.
- Ensure operational requests are fulfilled with the necessary approvals, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work variable hours on a shift basis, adjusted as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of stable work experience, ideally in operations or a related field.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
- Proficiency verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
