Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary point of contact, understanding needs and delivering personalized support.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless account setup and activation.
- Provide prompt, professional support to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular client reviews to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Partner with sales and financial product teams to develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide relevant insights and meet client needs.
- Handle additional projects as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in digital currency or financial sector
- Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred
- Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus
- HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 license preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently
- Proven team collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Strong market research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and competitive advantages
- Proficient basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
