Relationship Manager  (Open to Interns / Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary point of contact, understanding needs and delivering personalized support.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless account setup and activation.
  • Provide prompt, professional support to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Partner with sales and financial product teams to develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide relevant insights and meet client needs.
  • Handle additional projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in digital currency or financial sector
  • Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus
  • HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 license preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client trust
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently
  • Proven team collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong market research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and competitive advantages
  • Proficient basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
