At EX.IO, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To operate functional systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a Production Support engineer who can be responsible for monitoring production environment, identifying production issues, and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with Python, SQL and shell scripting and task automation, and will work with developers and engineers to ensure that production environment is running smoothly.
Job Descriptions:
- Working on ways to automate and improve production support related processes
- Identifying production environment problems and providing solution
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that production environment is running smoothly
- Providing Level 1 technical support
- Performing root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
- Developing scripts to automate some daily supporting tasks.
- Developing dashboard for system healthiness illustration.
- Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Computer Science or related Engineering Bachelor (or above) from top tier university
- 3 years or more working experience
- Familiar with mainstream monitoring tools, such as: Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and etc.
- Familiar with Linux and shell scripting
- Familiar with MySQL, PostgreSQL database
- Familiar with Docker and K8S
